During the walk, Robinson texted his girlfriend that he “might shoot this boy” because of the victim’s sexual orientation.

When they reached a wooded area, Robinson pulled out a Taurus 9mm pistol and began shooting at the victim, striking the teenager eight times.
Gay man gunned down. Similar to the fate of many trans men.

Do you know why the information as to the attacker is so hidden?

Yeah, because despite a 6-1 population differential hate crimes against gay and trans men is about equal in total number between white and black men.

This is the ugly little secret the media hides.

They don't make it national news, they don't point to the FBI stats it's just not a *sexy* story.

Basically, it's just like the assaults on asians, unless it's some redneck Cletus type, it's just not something that get's promoted due to political lines.

Cross political lines. Stop attacking gays and trans men. I have a number as friends and it's blanking ridiculous to give a pass if the attacker isn't some redneck with a gun rack.

P.S. The people that bear the brunt of this violence are gay\trans black men and asians.

media is discouraged from reporting on certain things, using certain terminology, wording…it’s all in their handbook, the AP Styleguide.

The thousands of times a year that people defend themselves with a gun are NOT reported either.

The "news" is no longer the "news" but, slanted stories to fit an agenda.

It wasn’t a national news story because the victim, who was a minor, lived. The kid’s name was never disclosed, including in court records, meaning there isn’t a sympathetic victim or victim’s family to interview non-stop. This was a bad actor who I suspect was looking for bragging rights or wanted to squelch speculation about his own sexuality.

Robinson later that day and throughout the days that followed, he told others that M.S. was his gun. Because of his sexual orientation
If you google Malachi Robinson, Kansas in images you see what he looks like if that is your point in this spew, but here’s the link you’d find to spare you the effort: https://northdenvernews.com/man-shoo...l-orientation/

I wish all victims of crime had the right to have their names withheld from the media, by the way.

I am more concerned about the black children, some just babies, that are shot every weekend in Chicago. Gone and forgotten.

Trans men are often assaulted because they try and pickup men who are NOT INTO THE TRANNY THING. It’s no different than unwanted sexual advances towards women by men. If you put high heels, lipstick and make up on your bearded face and he stand 6 foot tall with a hairy chest just because you have a dress on doesn’t mean men are gonna be attracted to you like they are biological women. Something they don’t seem to understand. Some transsexuals take it even further outright trying to trick the man and end up having sex with them (a form of rape FYI) and then scream victim when they get assaulted back.

Gay men have become so bold that they know a guy straight. And they don’t care. They’re still gonna make a sexual move on you. They’ll follow you around the grocery store and try hitting on you. They know damn well you’re not gay and they don’t care. The straight guys are hitting on lashes out at them and they play victim. It’s all nonsense.

There is certain criteria that needs to be met.
Otherwise it’s not newsworthy, or, it must be buried quickly.
