There's a pattern in America. People and business are finding fertile ground for life and work in some states and deserts and strife in others. Our freedom and work is apparently important. Where does your state fit into the mix?

Top 5: Texas, Florida, Tennessee, Arizona, North Carolina

Bottom 5: California, New York, Illinois, New Jersey, Washington

Come to CA, NY, NJ they said. More freedom they said.

the liberals never thought businesses would leave their states no matter how much they choked them with taxes, regulations. i think covid has shown many companies that people can work remotely just as well and that having a NYC address isn’t that necessary anymore. most people who were problem solvers have moved out within the past 10 years (using nyc as a personal example). the city council is made up of people who in my humble opinion have severe mental health issues.
