It's actually in a federal statute, not the U.S. Constitution. But we don't expect you to have any idea about either. Lol.

Violence and harassment are the Democrats stock in trade.

We're not supposed to call them out for their dirty tactics but they will scream, cry and flail about if you treat them the same way.

I heard about a website that is paying people 200 bucks to report the whereabouts of certain SC justices. With Biden’s horrific words re the SCOTUS, he is inciting violence and possible assassination of a justice. I wouldn’t put it past the left as trying to precipitate this through one useful idiot so they will be able to appoint a new pick who will support their ideology.
Biden’s words and disdain of our institutions is repugnant to most democrats who aren’t radical morons. Really. Is he trying to get someone killed?

He needs to be impeached in 2023. Even if we can't kick him out, making his life a horror show at his age would be a delight to watch.

From the article:

"At that point he left by a back door with his security detail. A source told Politico that Kavanaugh didn't see or hear the protests, but left before dessert."

He didn't see or hear them but he was harrassed?

Protest often turn violent. Who were the protesters hurting.......the restaurants business. Who would go in, with the protesters outside.

imagine having the academic credentials as justice Kavanaugh. spend your time reading and studying constitutional law, being an active member of the community, volunteer your time to better society only to go out to dinner and be screamed at by people who have absolutely no understanding of our system of government, constitution, the opinion.

These people are beyond wretched.

Oh please, there is one group offering this and they are a civil resistance group. I guess it's only the right that is allowed to resist what they believe is unjust? In which case, suddenly, it's patriotism. (cue Battle Hymn of the Republic and shining eyes)

As for boycotting the restaurant, good thing we never hear "thanks for letting me know Establishment Wherever is run by libs so I can never go there again."

This is all very American, folks. Some people here don't seem to like the fact that Americans have the right to non-violently protest. Well, there are other countries to go to where none of these things are allowed.
