There's lots of chances then that DA was funded by Soros just like the former San Francisco DA.

The thug used his fists as weapon and from what I read on that article
https://nypost.com/2022/07/06/nyc-bo...e-family-says/ The thug named Simon was already on parole for assaulting a cop at the time of the deadly encounter — and has at least eight prior busts, including for assault, robbery, and assault during a domestic dispute, sources and records show.

The bodega guy acted in self defence, imho. Hamilton Heights is up there with the high crime the shootings,..etc.

The thug didn't come in there to hug it out. And the bodega worker wasn't looking or asking for trouble.

The thug got Jada smith'd into being a tough guy and paid the price from a person who wasn't gonna let himself be the victim without a fight.

Glad that at least the useless savage thug is history, although I fear for the employee,; he killed one of the protected class.
You know , with their high intelligence, great patience, avoidance of violence, great integrity and cultural gifts.

Yes, his fists. Unless anyone believes a person can’t be beaten to death. The video obviously shows the thug was physical with the man. What a pathetic POS D.A..
