Saudi Arabia also has a good amount, mostly in Arizona. Not a good thing for Arizona since what they farm is alfalfa to send to their cattle back home, and alfalfa is a highly water intensive crop.

China did just buy 300 acres in North Dakota which has some concerned regarding national security because it is only 20 minutes from Grand Forks Air Force Base, where they do a lot of high-level drone technology research and is home to a new space networking center which handles sensitive military communications around the world.
