When someone gets an abortion, do they ask what party they are registered to vote? How does someone determine only Republican men oppose abortion and have their mistresses get abortions.
Liberals never fail to amaze me with the "facts" they dream up.
The state has an abysmal record of deciding who is and is not a person.
Jews, Gypsies, homosexuals, Native Americans, blacks, the disabled, political dissidents and more have all been deemed to be non-persons by various state entities.
Personally, I believe that those that openly and unapologetically support abortion on demand for those that can't be bothered to use effective BC when they engage in vaginal intercourse, what we had under Roe, are functioning with a reptilian brain and therefore non-persons.
Why should states decide who we are. What gives them them the authority and power to control us. They are just elected officials.
You’re suggesting what already happens. State elected officials make rules/laws…yet you’re complaining about it here.
