Actually they did toss out over 12,000 signatures as fraudulent. They did find something. The Libertarian party made the allegation and then when it was investigated it was found to be true.

Sure misspelling his name is extremely important.

Where do you come up with baseless allegation, the BOE tossed 11,000 signatures. The only thing that remains is to see if his campaign is charged with election fraud. Try reading the article, it helps.
