Interesting. If anyone other than Biden or that chattering idiot of a VP were in the WH I would call this merely saber rattling political grandstanding seeking precedent setting concessions. But with the Joey Bidet puppet show in the WH and a Dem majority congressional make up maybe not so much just standard Red China rhetoric. With Biden and the wokey tokey generals and admirals (minus the Marines) he's surrounded himself with strategically it's advantage China.
Nobody know this better than the Chinese. After watching Putin give the US the bird in Ukraine they're primed and fully joy to bring their wayward son back into the loving communist fold. Taiwan has been a nagging thorn in their butt for quite some time and their official position on it is no secret. It's not like Pelosi visiting anywhere is any sort of threat but it's just the excuse the Chinese could use.
They could call such a visit an official recognition of Taiwanese independence from Red China and move on in. The thing about having PRCA fighters escort her plane into Taiwan if agreed to will set the stage. That would flatly state that Taiwan is under Chinese authority. Jesus. What a mess Biden and the Dems have made on the world stage. Being made fools of and thus making fools out of every US citizen in the process.
The Chinese and the Russians as well see the US citizen population as all Biden fans who elected a clown prince that when it comes to our military is more concerned about recruits being allowed to enlist under their chosen "gender identity" and if they can fall out for morning PT in a skirt wearing lipstick than if they're actually trained and as ready as possible for the battlefield. Sad part about that is it's true.
But I detest the gall of China to dictate to us who and who should not visit Taiwan. We should send her to see what they can do. Let us see if they truly want to invade Taiwan and suffer heavy losses. Taiwan is no pushover like Ukraine.
