Yeah,..as soon as it is declared,.boom,..the coffers open up and our money gets splashed to whatever random program they cobble together. And a bunch of disappears into the pockets of State Mayors writing off fancy dinners where they 'discussed' work so they can claim it.

I'm sure it's in the works, as it should be. If people are getting sick, it's important to get the word out so that people can protect themselves, and others around them. Give me the vaccine, please.

My college roommate was gay he recently told me in a text that a fairly large percentage of his friends are now getting vaccinated so I expect we may see cases fall in a few months but he also said that the rogue sector of the gay pop is basically in we don’t care mode so no doubt there will still be outbreaks

Yeah, that was the attitude by a lot of my gay friends about HIV back in the early 90s. Sad, but humans be humans.
