Pelosi is 82 and will be 84 at the time of the next US Presidential election, and would not be far off 85 if she were to take office and would be 89 whilst still in office.

There is however zero chance of Pelosi being voted in to power, and in terms of US foreign relations she had done more to damage them than any other recent US politician.

Pelosi is doing her final swansong and she knows that her current tenure as speakers runs out in December, and she has agreed to step down then, and she also must be secretly aware that the Democrats are going to lose Congress in the November mid-terms.

Pelosi is going to be unseated as Speaker of the House in 3 months, so doubtful. However, yes, she is more Presidential than the other two.

Nancy has always been an outspoken advocate of Taiwanese independence. She's too damn old to be president, and I don't think her policy leanings would be very constructive as a federal executive. I kinda like her, even though she is a rich old crook, like Trump, just less mean.

She’s most likely going to retire I think in 2024. I can’t see her hanging around til 2026 and that’s probably the next time Dems would have the house

What other countries is she visiting? Can she be visiting a world leader if the country she is visiting is one.......that the US does not recognize diplomatically?

She will be 84 in 2024.

Doubt she will run for another term as a Rep, let alone POTUS.

Regardless of how one feels about her positions, she has been a more effective Speaker than her two predecessors who could not pull the Republican majority House together. No question some current House members are extreme.

Makes more sense to me for the Speaker of the House to represent the US than the inexperienced former First Daughter and/ or Son in Law.

We-ll, before we present her with laurels for being a more effective Speaker than others......let's ask the question just how she pulled the majorities together.

If we didn't include how he did it, we might say that Hitler was a great government leader.

She went on a glorified shopping trip at taxpayer expense. Her going to Taiwan was the equivalent of Gavin Newsom going to the White House when Joe was not even there. It was a waste of time for a photo-op.

Perhaps retiring into the Presidency? Just like old Joe, she wouldn't have to do much there. After all, it's just the Presidency where you don't have to do much and are not responsible for anything (unless you're Trump). Perhaps, like Joe, she will be elected "with the most votes in American presidential history" despite her popularity or lack thereof. Only in America.

I second this. I come from a family of warriors. Soldiers sailors and Marines. I've spent a great deal of my life training how to fight and training others. Thus, when it's most certainly a time NOT to fight that fact is abundantly clear. Nobody in their right mind, even warriors (there are exceptions) actually wants war. And going to war with weak pathetic incompetent leadership at the helm such as we have now? My oh my.

May as well give our front line fighters cyanide pills and tell them it's over.
