So Indiana is the first state to ban abortions. Looks like a few others will too. Kansas did not.

Looks like the 'states' are deciding. I like the Indiana law.

I am not a fan of Abortion but I realize like many Americans do that sometimes it is a necessary if not a "kind" procedure.



It is ridiculous how ingrained with politics it has become but it is so typical of the Democrats to make it such a dividing issue.



I think it would be terrific IF/When the Republicans win back Congress that they create a bill that would allow women up to so many weeks of pregnancy and especially those that involve rape or incest to have a Legal abortion.

Imagine if the Reps do win a majority in the House and Senate in November, they put forth such a Bill and Biden vetoes it out of spite. Would this really surprise anyone?



Abortion needs to be kept Legal.

Since the preborn are not born yet they don't count as persons and have no protection under the US constitution. So it's up to the states to make their own decisions.

About 40% of women who get abortions in the U.S. are Black. But only 13% of women in the US is black. That means abortion is RACIST. There is no equity. It's genocide of the black race, isn't it?

Planned Parenthood is far more effective at keep Blacks suppressed than the KKK could ever dream of being.

No it is not genocide. Nobody is forcing women to abort their pregnancies. Abortion is the sole decision of the woman.

Yeah. Must be all those cancer screenings they do and all the birth control products they give out. That sure does suppress the blacks. /sarc

I predict record turn around in 2024 with majority of moderate/ undecided women voters voting against GOP in swing states.

The difference was that the Indiana legislature passed the ban. Kansas Voters said No to a referendum. Has there been another state which has actually put it to a vote by the people?
