Sounds pretty fair.

The verdict is in. It would take an error to change. Only possible error would be if a higher court decided its ok to lie and make up stuff about political candidates. What they did to Moore was beyond the pale and they deserve to pay.

If it were anyone but a politician, it would be cut and dried. Clear cut slander.

That they have been allowed to get away with such stuff is part of the reason we have such sleazebags in politics. Why would anyone decent want to run?

Moore was kind of weird, but its legal in Alabama to date 16 year olds. Dems seem fine with all other sorts of atypical sexuality.

Except now he has the lie detector test saying those claims were false.

This specific case has nothing to do with "the media".

No, I live in Alabama and was very familiar with Moore's shenanigans. No way I'd vote for him for anything. A lot of other people did the same thing and the Democrat won, and he turned out to be pretty benign. A Republican will take his place, but we'll still have an ex-college football coach as the other senator. And that's unbelievable.

The Dems will probably appeal it and it will be tossed out like the rest.

Didn't the football coach eventually take the seat away from Doug Jones? I believe Shelby's seat is up for grabs this election but it will prob go to a Republican.

The way kilmeade slandered that judge with the doctored Epstein picture should get the judge a nice settlement if he chooses to sue them.

They will also probably get taken to the cleaners by Dominion.
