What it feels like to be a man or woman is subjective. Having a period, growing up a girl? Giving birth? Many real women never give birth many girls never have a period till years after their peers. Are they less female?
Yes agreed only trans gender want to use the bathroom they identify with. Perverts have always wanted to gain access to facilities that hasn’t changed. A pervert is not the same as a trans person peacefully living their life that needs to use the bathroom.
Reason for segregation is what you already know privacy, modesty and the like. Before trans wanted to use the bathroom women we’re still subject to perverts entering the ladies room. I welcome anyone who doesn’t want to do harm. I have no issues with a trans walking in the ladies to pee. Btw many women at concerts, sporting events and bars use the men’s room when the ladies line is long. Most people want to just relieve themselves. As I e said many times worries about this are overblown.
I agree with the bolded. I don't even mind if a fully transitioned, completely female-looking MtoF trans uses the ladies room. If he is genuinely a "transwoman" in his mind (even though I personally believe only in women and men as two distinct biological sexes that cannot change), I don't care if he uses the ladies room. If he so fully lives as a woman that he completely APPEARS to be a woman, then no one will give it a second thought if this female-looking person uses the ladies room (and we all know that the vast majority of the time, people can say that a person LOOKS like a man or a woman.)
The problem is when the LAW says ANY person claiming to be a woman can use the ladies room. If we have to accept men who look like men in the ladies room, then we don't know if that person really thinks he is a "transwoman" or if he is a pervert.

Do you understand that concern, hulu?
I do understand the concerns and agree. My issue is with people who over blow the fear that it’s happening in mass and the law tells us we can’t speak up or defend ourselves against the intrusion or danger. This isn’t the case. Yes there are isolated incidents it goes to a criminal mind set more than a trans issue. Statistics say trans are victims of violence more than the opposite. The danger of trans in female facilities has been represented here, that the law allows it and nothing you can do about it was why I finally looked up the law. More states are restricting the use than allowing it. My research showed 18 states only have anti discrimination laws for trans people. I respect the genuine fears anyone would have with the criminal element wearing a dress or not invading the bathroom that’s a fear that’s always been around. Like you if someone is living their life as a woman daily I have no issues. If a man invades a bathroom I’m gonna say something if I feel in danger or leave.

The problem, is perverts do not look like perverts. Sometimes, unless you really pay attention, can tell. A perv is a perv regardless if it’s a man woman or in between.

It’s actually 18 stated that don’t have have the legislation. 32 do have anti discrimination protection for trans.
