While I disagree with Rhodes actions and the actions of the right wing maga army extremists who sacked our Capitol and tried to destroy our election. It is abundantly clear that Free Speech in America is dead.
The guy never even entered the Capitol. He stayed outside. Yet he has been convicted of sedition and conspiracy for WORDS he wrote on the internet.
This may be my last post. Anything you say or have EVER said, WILL be held against you by the authoritarian police state. Even if you have changed your mind / view since. It doesn't matter which party is in power, both are turning into fascists and the People have now clearly become the enemy of the State.
Nice weather we are having in Milwaukee. How are those Cubs doing?
You can't yell fire in a crowded theater. Words matter. Evidently his words regarding a civil war and being armed to the teeth ready and waiting for the go-ahead to strike gave some pause. Conspiring to overturn a government isn't about free speech.
Seditious conspiracy is, as should be obvious, conspiring to commit sedition.
It should be noted that Rhodes wasnt convicted by the government. He was charged by the government with the crime, a jury of his peers heard their case and his defense, and common citizens convicted him of the crime after hearing both sides.
As I said earlier, hopefully the nitwit gets the max.
What experiences would that be, and please be specific?
Rhodes was there at the War Room at the Willis, specifically with Roger Stone, John Eastman, Rudy Giuliani, Christina Bobb, Alex Jones, and/or Steve Bannon.
It would be interesting to hear him recount what he heard there.

He was convicted of sedition, and conspiracy over and beyond that. "Seditious Conspiracy" is not a separate entity.

What experiences does he have to try to get a reduction?
The defense attorneys went on record and said it was a fair trial, and they respect the DOJ and the judge who oversaw the trial.
