The fact he's listed as a co-sponsor isn't really that big a deal, all that takes is a, "Yeah sure, OK". Now, if he votes on it when that comes up there may be questions.
In general, yes. But when you're institutionalized in an in-patient program, being listed as a co-sponsor on anything should raise questions IMO. While you don't need to be physically anywhere to sign on as a cosponsor to legislation, the point is that you're still generally available to know what it is you're signing on to. And that you have the whereabouts to understand what it is you're signing onto/agreeing to. Can anyone really say this is the case for Fetterman today?
The guy isn't dead. I'm sure he is in contact with staff and can indicate his wishes on various issues..
He's in-patient, not out-patient. I sure hope that he's not in contact with his staff about legislative affairs as it seems counterproductive to the reason why he's institutionalized to begin with.
If PA. elected a racist, he was at the very least, their racist.
Not some carpet bagger from New Jersey.
If the Republicans want to win, they need to pick better candidates.
Those are the sentiments of my close relative in Glenmore, PA.
It’s ok if he’s a racist because muh Dem, lol.
Nothing wrong with Oz other than muh meanie successful Republican that said a word folks don’t know and pronounced a grocery store wrong.
Lol at muh carpetbagger. Poor Hillary was a carpetbagger and Dems didn’t cry about her.
PA is voting Dem no matter who the candidate is, whether it be a dead guy or an incoherent dullard. It’s a state reaping what it sows with folks leaving in droves and a cesspool of crime in Philly and Pittsburgh following in its footsteps.
New dem startegy, vote in political dead enders like harris and the infirm like biden and fetterman, individuals who can easily be manipulated by the folks behind the curtain. Combine with harvested votes, delayed vote counts and we have imaginary elections and faux government by the people.
Recall Bernie was out front, in your face, susan rice prominent, valerie jarrett in the shadows, john kerry resurrected from the dead. Odd how bernie, kerry and rice, et al, seemed to fall of the end of the earth.
They certainly are the puppeteers pulling biden's strings, making his mouth move and sounds come out.
The president is bernie in the disguise of biden. Bernie traded places with biden only if he could run the country from behind the curtain. that is why Benie went silent.
I would say that I hope that the liberals and democrats in PA learned something, but they haven’t and will continue to vote in the most insane way. Fetterman was a train wreck before, during and after the elections and if he runs again, I’d put money that most of PA will still vote for him again, even if his is still institutionalize and on some serious heavy meds that keeps him in a zombie like state.
PA had elections for both Senator, and Governor. Democrat Josh Shapiro won Governorship over Mastriano. As such, Shapiro will appoint a new Senator should Fetterman becomes unable to perform his duties. Think he would appoint Dr. Oz????
You don't think some people here in PA thought of this? Elections have consequences; in this case for GOVERNOR too.
When a medical matter precedes the oath , take care of the health. The history of America shows we have had leaders with many ailments. The rehabilitation in today's medical is Worthy of attending.
Absolutely glad we have Shapiro and Fetterman in PA . Our antiquated laws need revised, and in some cases completely knocked off the books.
