It looks more like they framed questions to reach a conclusion she was lying. Some of them look more like opinions. One of things they claimed she "lied" about:
— Ellis claimed on Nov. 13, 2020 that Hillary Clinton didn’t concede the 2016 election.
— On Nov. 30, 2020, Ellis said on Fox that Trump “won in a landslide.”
It's true that for years after the election Hillary insisted it was stolen. To this day she insists it was stolen, as did many other democrats in office and candidates who were running for office.
She also wasn't Trump's counsel of record during any of his lawsuits. This is more bullying by courts to discourage and intimidating attorneys by threatening to have them disbarred.
