If money was important he could have been making millions more the last 40 years on the outside. He is a consultant, be nice to work at a company where he is appreciated and doesn't have to worry about death threats.

He well know in his field why not work if thats what he wants. What's the difference between him and politicians or businessman who continue to work well on in age.
