The immunologist Anthony Fauci has agreed to work informally as strategic adviser to Rino Rappuoli, scientific director of the Biotecnopolo di Siena, an institution founded by the ministries of University, Health, Economy and of Economic Development with the aim of devoting himself to applied research in biotechnology and life sciences.

If money was important he could have been making millions more the last 40 years on the outside. He is a consultant, be nice to work at a company where he is appreciated and doesn't have to worry about death threats.
