nahhhh....the law of polygamy is just as relevant, I dont think they were "kidnapping"....they even said those kids had a lot of broken bones...dont know how that was all proven, but these moms seem pretty lame one minute on the ranch, then hard chargers outta the gate... the DNA was being taken, thats how the parental factors were being determined, now its back to square one... polygamy reigns...

To know if any of the paerents particularly under age girl wre the mother as listed in the lisitng book they recorvered. I think you will see that law enforcement will take a different approch. That said CPS is critised all teh time for not acting with their powers of emergency remopval when children endup getting hurt. I am usre if the facts later say thata cxhild could have been saved from abuse by emrgecy actions;which CPS has the authrity to do in law their will be many that change thier mind. Of course that seems to be one reason this sect does not keep children and parents records IMO. That way its hard to connect a under age female and a older father. In the ned it is over by a long shot but many of the older men may already be on the run so as to not be ID has having sexual relations with under age girls.

You can't please all the people at any time. The question for the authorities is do they want to please the people who respect the law or please people who put immediate gratification over principle that stops oppression?
