NYC... If the criminals don't get you, the crooks in charge will finish the job. That is not how civilization is supposed to work.

I saw this. I believe he isn't being charged for murder or manslaughter last I heard, right?

But charged for having illegal guns or no license for that 'type' of gun he used.

So he used the wrong gun,..lol.

Correct.

I watched the video. The guy deserves a medal for his service. The punk he killed couldn't have deserved it any more and was clearly a danger to society. The lame stream media will probably say he wasn't armed, which is not really true. He was armed with a pen and swinging it. I know a pen is not exactly the most dangerous weapon, but the guy who put this deranged guy down probably couldn't tell what it was that was being swung at him.

I don't give a bucket of warm **** if he was armed with a straw and a spit ball. Don't mug people.

So he's being charged for violating laws the government was forbidden to make in the first place?

Wasn't there an early Supreme Court judge who said that any law that was hostile to the Constitution, is automatically null and void?

The law is on the mugger's side though. Commit a crime before dawn in NYC and you may be out by lunch time to commit another. If someone harms you while you are committing a crime, then the person defending themselves will be treated like a villain and probably tossed in Ricker's Island jail.

If the city treated criminals the same way they treat people defending themselves against criminals, the crime rate would likely plummet.

Dozen prior arrests at age 32 by the guy that got shot...smh.

City let this guy down with their bad policies on crime so he resorted to his own self defense.

Well having Illegal Unlicensed Guns is against the law BUT they are going after this guy when at the same time they let criminals that use stolen guns walk?

If we don't have equal justice for all then we don't have any justice.

What is really wrong is IF this guy can stay out of prison he will be broke from defending himself and his guns will be taken away which will leave him unarmed for the next mugger to take full advantage of him. The city fails to protect its citizens, they take away the means to protect oneself and then....
