No the conspiracy theories are still conspiracy theories. He cheated the IRS, got caught and then had drugs and a gun on her when the FBI busted him and got a charge for that.
I have no compassion for anyone that cheats the IRS and does not pay their fair share of taxes. They should all be held accountable and forced to pay up.
the good news for the dems is likely with this plea this will shut the door on the DOJ/FBI/IRS continuing to investigate the Bidens into any link between Hunter's foreign income in exchange for JB's favors. This will satisfy those looking for "justice" in that there is has been action taken and they can close the case and move on to their favorite trump cases.

I'll let someone else dig through the various levels and sentencing tables, but the United States Sentencing Guidelines are clear that 1) The intent of the sentencing guidelines is to reduce the number of probation-only sentences and 2) Hunter Biden's offense would likely result in a multi-month sentence (minimum 20 months based on the guidelines) - if he were not the president's son.

The DOJ hit the tip of the iceberg; of course, Joe won't remember a thing.

What now needs to be investigated is why drug-addict Hunter Biden got such a favorable plea deal, when most people would have received jail time for the gun charge alone.
We know why -- his Daddy said "My son did NOTHING wrong!".
Followed by my personal favorite - "I'm an Honest Man", "word of a Biden".
