The liberal/Democrat city council of Philadelphia over rides the Democrat mayor's veto of a bill that would ban safe injection sties for druggies. At least some in Philadelphia seem to have some common

Heck must be starting to freeze over. The Democrat mayor of San Francisco is now advocating for drug testing of welfare recipient being the city's homeless and drug problem have gotten so bad along with businesses leaving in droves.

Do other countries have over 300 million people? The druggie population in just a few of these cities probably equals the druggie population of some of those countries. San Francisco already shut down theirs in Tenderloin district because not many used it and didn't do much to reduce the homeless or drug population.

What countries? I hope you're not using Portugal as an example because their legalization of drugs turned into a hot mess.

I suspect both of those mayors are just doing so to have a chance of keeping their jobs. Even voters in those places are sick of the hell-hole they have become.
