The liberal/Democrat city council of Philadelphia over rides the Democrat mayor's veto of a bill that would ban safe injection sties for druggies. At least some in Philadelphia seem to have some common
Heck must be starting to freeze over. The Democrat mayor of San Francisco is now advocating for drug testing of welfare recipient being the city's homeless and drug problem have gotten so bad along with businesses leaving in droves.

Do other countries have over 300 million people? The druggie population in just a few of these cities probably equals the druggie population of some of those countries. San Francisco already shut down theirs in Tenderloin district because not many used it and didn't do much to reduce the homeless or drug population.
