Foreign policy is the free speech of a nation. Every nation has the right to decide its own foreign policy, but that doesn't mean there won't be repercussions for doing so.
I'm not surprised with Ireland chiming in against Israel. I have inlaws over there and one has done business with Israel and is on their side while the other is all in for Palestine. One is a level headed capitalist business man. The other is a total Trump hating Loony Liberal that lets his emotions and feelings over Facts get the best of him. He is a perfect Democrat. We don't talk politics.
How does anyone think they can tell or pressure Israel to do anything? I wonder how the leaders of the Nations that sanctioned Israel would feel if they were attacked and their civilians slaughtered?
When the USA went to war after 9/11 did any of these countries denounce us? I suspect they didn't because they would have lost the aide money we send them. Israel has nothing to offer them so they are piling on and turning them into the enemy.
Hamas started this war when they broke the cease fire that was in place on 10/6. Israel has the Right to finish it.
