Tucker doesn't like personally like Trump, but he likes his policies. It seems that liking the person who is president is what matters the most to you rather than their policies.
Not liking someone and knowing the person has demonstrated that they lack sufficient character are two different things.

It's true that Tucker didn't like Trump in the beginning but as he got to know him his feelings changed (like many people).

I'm glad Tucker endorsed Trump because having Trump as our next President will be the only way out of this h***hole we are living in now filled with corruption, illegals, terrorists, and too much control over we the people.
