From the article: An illegal Mexican immigrant who has been deported at least eight times, according to Ohio's Butler County Sheriff's Office, and arrested nearly a dozen times is now facing murder charges following the discovery of a man’s body in Ohio.

Fermin Garcia-Gutierrez, 46, is being held at the Butler County Jail on charges of aggravated murder (premeditated), using weapons while intoxicated, carrying concealed weapons, possession of drugs and obstructing official business, Fox 19 reports, citing jail records.

Thanks, Joe, and the 80 million who voted for him..

The word from the Left is that "migrants" are only coming here to immerse themselves in American Culture, work and pay their taxes.
The word from Trump is that this sort of criminal is an Animal and he is right.
How many chances did this guy get and he was also deported 8 times? How did he get back in again and again? Is he one of the 2.5 Million "Got Aways" or did Joe just let him stroll right in?

This is blood on the hands of Biden and anyone that supports Open Borders.

The guy's been arrested and deported multiple times, going back to his first arrest in 2001. I'm thinking more than the current administration is to blame for that. It's a systemic failure, not a single administration's failure.

Incidents such as these is why we know the gov't does nothing to vet these people or they wouldn't have been allowed in. Granted he could have come in undetected a few times - but 8 - no chance. Vote anyone other than Biden in 2024 or it will only get worse.

why not?

My morning paper informs me that illegal border crossers get a lot of information and misinformation from TikTok. The word now is forget paying the coyote. Just legally fly into Canada and come across there. Much easier and cheaper.

Always interesting to look at those arrest dates. I mean, that requires the subject to participate in committing crimes and getting arrested but still telling.

2001 - No ICE hold noted.
2006 - ICE
2008 - ICE
2008 - ICE
2008 - ICE
2011 - ICE
2017 - ICE
2024 - ICE

Interesting. Looks like he either wasn't' deported in 2006, 2008, 2008, 2008, 2011, and 2017 or it was just really easy to get back into the country in 2006, 2008, 2008, 2008, 2011, and 2017. Sounds like an ongoing issue so it makes you wonder why Trump is putting so much pressure on Republicans to keep them from addressing it since he thinks it's good for his campaign. Five times under Bush. I guess he wasn't too big on deporting criminal illegals like Deporter-in-Chief Obama was.

Yeah I agree with you Cape Cod but unfortunately many people do not realize the results of their actions unless it hits them or their families directly. Then it is too late.

True Ohiogirl. But Biden just made it much worse.

We need to close the border BUT I doubt that will happen. What I propose is that once deported reentry would be a felony punishable by 20 years in prison. Not just any prison though; build a new one up in North Dakota so when the inmates get yard time it is 30 degrees below zero.

Wow, so this bum sneeked in, committed crimes, was arrested and deported time and again and under different administrations and here he is again.

We can blame Bush, Trump and even Obama but none of those Presidents have made it as easy for Illegals to get into this country as Biden has. Biden and his ilk are actually allowing and encouraging Illegals to come in and they should all be impeached for that treason.

We do not know enough on how the guy came into the country to have a valid opinion on whose fault it might be.
