Nobody likes this but we have to do it. Otherwise the markets and the economy will tank. The thing is to also put in very heavy regulations to make sure this never happens again.

In addition to regulations for the future, the government needs to sue these golden parachute vultures and level such enormous fines against them, confiscate their ill gotten gains, etc. so that no one in the future will dare to pull this kind of crap again. ENOUGH!!!!!!!

They saw it coming, believe me they did, and they stuck the middle calss again with the bill for the rich, just like with Keating.

I agree - set up a 'Sue them' fund. not a resolution trust fund, which will let them rape us all over again.
