Anyone else notice the name of this bill?
BILL TITLE: To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide earnings assistance and tax relief to members of the uniformed services, volunteer firefighters, and Peace Corps volunteers, and for other purposes

What the heck does the above have to do with a bailout? And is this maybe why it was voted down? They tried to tack the "bailout" onto another bill. How many other earmarks were included in this proposed bill?
Anyone know where one could find a link to the entire 110 page proposed bill so we can read for ourselves what OUR congress was really voting on?

Heck I am trying my darnedest here to find a copy of the proposed bill and can not find a thing. How are the people supposed to tell out reps how to vote on a proposed bill if we can't read it?
Does anyone out there know where we can read a copy of this bill?

Unless it is stated somewhere in the bill, or a member of the house or senate "leaks" that information, I highly doubt it. Our government is determined to keep what they do in the dark from ever coming to the light.
