To be truly honest with you,I don't know if he is or not..That's the truth..I don't know....I THINK he may be either stupid OR a genius,depending on the TRUTH about him.......I have heard that he is broke,lives modestly and never has had any money...if that is true then I would have to go with you on this BECAUSE NO POLITICIAN IS BROKE and he would be an honest person,but a dumbass.....OR......He may be richer than the Catholic Church and just be hiding it well....in that case he would be dishonest,but a genius.....so it comes down to either a poor,but honest dumbass or a rich lying genius....Which is it? I don't know.
