The way I understand the article, the date had a typo (though) and under the law the form is suppose to have the line ----------legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution-- the form was turned into the Democratic State party did not have that in it, also the form was not registered with the election board in each state. Instead the form was just sent to the Democratic Party headquaters.

this confirms what I thought all along. BO is a fraud and he is not a legal potus. I want to to see these facts contested.

people have been touting this document since before the election. if there was any significance to it i think there would have been a development, any development, in the story since then.
