Most obnoxious lines from political editorials (Jesus, versus, claim, vote)

Let's Hyperventilate!

From right OR left-wing editorials or articles that are trying their utmost to manipulate the reader, please add your favorite wrong-headed assumption, incendiary phrase, twisted trail of logic, factoid, claim that has been proven to be an outright lie, or just good old-fashioned hyperbole.

I just found mine, from an editorial in the Charlotte Observer by way of freerepublic:

"Like Herod versus the baby Jesus, in their view Sarah is a threat justifying every, and all, countermeasures."

OMG is there no end to the delusions??? I'm a centrist and y'all are freaking making me NUTS right along with you with all the whining!

She's campaigning for 2012 now? Doesn't she have a job in Alaska to do, or did they ask her to please leave and they'll do the job themselves?

OK OK already-- please DO run Palin in 2012!!!! I'll be sure to vote for the bag of leaves running against her which at least has compost value.
