Why do yuo find anything odd about goveranmnt doing this. When it comes to maney they want to do anyhtign they need to. Like the lottery its state run gambling. Its the same in liberal sates where many want the governmentt to distribute and tax drugs like marijuana.Does that mean that liberal in the US are socailist;communist or dictators in your opinion?I also don't think they are agianst governamnt run schools but see that they are now failihng. Do you think things that have failed should be supported just becasue they are soicaialist programs supported by liberals democrats? Seems the democrats can also claimed to be ofr p[reivate enterprise and the free markets and want to turn it all over to the staes. If so they need to declare that they are socialist;communist or dictators.

Have the democrats changed it? No.
Now we are in on the Casino business. Supposedly to help with property taxes. Hmmm My taxes have only gone up.
Not a party issue. Just money grubbing politics.
