i think his point is that they bailed out the banks, whats a measly 15 billion to the auto industry. i mean its only 45 times less than they gave the banks.
Fitting in a way that the 110th Congress effectively comes to an end with the nation's interests being frustrated by a Republican filibuster. One last procedural disgrace for them to answer for in the history books...
Good for the Reps and the few Dems who did not support injecting tax dollars into an industry that continues to shoot itself. However, I do expect President Bushobama to keep kicking this dead horse because no one wants dead livestock stinking up their Administration.
All indications are that Wall Street will do some skydiving this morning but there's nothing new about that.
