Yes. The original use of pardons was supposed to be for people who've turned their lives around, not political allies. I think Milken has completely turned his life around and worked hard for many honorable causes. I think that he is the ideal person for a pardon and I think more people like him should be pardoned rather than political crooks and pawns.
if this guy was a democrat people be all over it for no, but the fact is no political person if committed a crime in office, on the job should in no way shape or form be pardoned because these people know better they know the law and they disobey it.
in the future hopefully someone will make law that a president can only pardon specific individuals and a limited number
