it was a good concept it was a right concept but something went wrong when they wrote the law.

everyday that goes by after conception ---it looks more and more like a baby killing and less and less like a woman asserting her rights over her own body.
As a woman, I believe many of societal's problems we are facing today came about as a result of the so-called women's liberation movement.

You know what this is...this is a fight to the bottom like people complain about with free trade...

One is trying to skirt responsibility while forcing the other to be responsible....soon that will be found to be a violation of civil rights and men will be able to absolve themselves from the relationship at anytime....

Do people ever seriously wonder what happened to family values and why more than 50% of marriages end in divorce?

Yeah 99% effective for a condom and say that a condom doesn't prevent the pregnancy than plan B should.
Rare, and it wouldn't happen if women followed the above statment.

Why not get the tubes tied or something and quit paying a continual payment to birth control? Why waste money on inferior practices?

Not abortion. Since I consider abortion to be a very responsible choice.

I actually blame the media and hollywood for putting unrealistic expectations into the heads of our youth. THat is what I think killed "family values" and why more than 50% of marriages end in divorce.

A 20 something year old getting their tubes tied or a vasectomy? It's very hard to find a doctor that would do that. Not to mention, both procedures STILL doesn't 100% prevent birth control.

.
Since birth control isn't fail-proof, the woman consents to the risk of pregnancy when she has sex.

I consider it a responsible choice to deal with pregnancy because if a woman KNOWS she cannot handle pregnancy and the resulting child, then what is she to do? Abstinence is a very unrealistic ideal, especially since sex isn't only for procreation.

A woman pregnant can not be re-impregnated while pregnant. Guys can sleep around and get many women pregnant. Hows about women who get abortions get their tubes tied (and burned, as the tying can sometimes reverse...) and for the guys who want to abort their responsibilities have can their balls removed.

That way, multiple abortions do not happen.
