I have no idea whether Bush was hitting the booze or not, but do know Bush did drive a large number of Americans to hit the sauce.

You know alot of you Obama supporters accuse the Republicans of having no class and posting things that seem childish and below the belt. Sorry but by this topic and some of the others your not better. The man had a problem stopped and works not to revert back to it, Yet some on here make jokes about it. It really is sad that some people can't act like adults or just decent human beings. Frankly some of the posts on here since the start of today make me question my support of Obama if these are the people who voted for him.

I don't care what you think, just like Bush didnt care what I thought when he was President. See how this works?

In his 'good-bye' speech, he seemed disconnected, slurred his speech (more than usual) and just rambled on making very little sense. I asked then if he was back on the bottle.

Ohh goody.... Is this the phone game where one moron starts a rumor and the others see what happens after it makes it through whispers in the ear to thirty or so others... It's my turn and what I hard is democrats are *as quickly as they can* forcing any credibility they have right out the door with animosity, pessimism, hate, negativity...etc... At a time where only the most depressed in life would complain with such a victory...

This is like winning $100 million dollars. You won the lottery...hello? Are you already so focused already on the path of popular redistribution of those winnings to whomever has better integrity?

Quote yourself on that in case *god forbid* another tragedy happens upon us. Only then when you understand how truly effective cocaine is at destroying brain cells.

Nothing personal, but the thread and participants aren't worth the time to search

How strange..... Call it an odd circumstance but the people with the most vile comments on here are the most vocal in the drug threads......

Liberals are like the gift that keeps on giving.... Even in their most harshest criticism they still manage to totally disregard anything factual or rational for delusional "flashbacks" of wonderful times of no responsibility or accountability.

I think he has been secretly drinking for years. There are plenty of examples where his behavior matches that of someone in denial about it. He is not an "ex" drinker, as this clip shows:

YouTube - BUSH DRUNK at G8 summit? U.S. media keeps it secret...

oops, wrong forum.
that could explain a lot of things.

here's another utube:
