In my book, these are acts of treason and should be punished as such. If you really want the right to speak your mind then enlist, go fight a war (conflict), and earn it.

Have you ever been in the military? Have you ever put you life on the line? Have you ever felt the need to take supportive action instead of complaining from the sidelines? Were you ever in Viet Nam, being shot at or attacked?
All you are doing is repeating reguritating views meant to lower the moral and ability of the military and doing it in what has become, 35+ years later, a fashionable manner.
