Although there was no intelligence to suggest a terrorist attack is indeed imminent, the threat level was increased from substantial to severe.
Not a lot of information about why exactly they raised it other than "vague talk" as reported on news. Hmm.
It's not a matter of "if", but "when."
I'm often very cynnical of government, but I also trust their gut feeling if they feel the need to raise the threat level. Something must have got their attention.

You know that's right, and being there Government, i'm more then positive they must know something is up. Something really got there attnetion, at this point, i can only imagine what.
There was something in the news today about a plane "exploding" in Lebanon or something... that might explain why... the government said it was not a terrorist act and was likely due to a lightning strike that destroyed the plane... they showed footage of it... it did NOT look like a lightning strike... I haven't seen a storm where there was only ONE lightning strike and that it hit a plane of all things it could of hit and then causing the plane to explode...
poor UK...so much bad has come to there for allying themselves with George W Bush.
What a sad post.
