After watching Jindal give the Republican Reaction, it's clear he's no match for Obama. Hell he's no match for Pelosi. I highly suggest the GOP turn to Charlie Crist right now before it's too late. With this speech Bobby Jindal loss all chance at becoming president; it was a HORRIBLE!

Who do you think is the best hope for the GOP?

The GOP need to find a great speaker, a catch phrase, and make plenty of empty promises, then they'll have a chance, basically, how Obama got elected.

I really like Jindal but I agree, wow, that speech was terrible. If he just stood there and spoke naturally and candidly at the camera with no "speech" it would have been a million times better. What the hell were they thinking?!

Empty? Obama is pretty much doing everything he said he wanted to do.. You might not agree with his policy but he's doing something.

I'm not sure.. I had high hopes for Jindal, but the kid is out of his league.

I've heard him interviewed a few times and he comes off way, way better when just engaging in a normal dialogue. This was the first I'd ever heard him give a formal speech - I'd love to hear from Louisiana folks if this is his typical style of speech. He was like a talking cardboard cutout.

Crist and Obama have an awful lot in common....thier both trying to clean up a catastrophe caused by a Bush. Even he's smart enough not to turn down recovery money and grandstand.....may help him and the GOP in the long run.

Ha! I'm a Democrat but I voted for McCain in the last election. I liked Jindahl before I heard this speech. It was AWFUL!

Good grief! I thought, at any moment he was going to suggest we send the Boy Scouts out to fight our next war since we don't need government or any government programs!

That speech left me speechless. I don't know if I could vote for him for President now. Honestly.
