If this is happening it's horrible but this is where it all begins.We don't like something and we have to intervene.Maybe we should worry about our own country first for a change.Let someone else carry the torch.

I don't disagree but all along we should have ONLY been in Afghanistan; now because of a powermad leader(GWB) we lost over 3000 troops in Iraq. We eventually will get out of Iraq and turn our attention to Afg. solely but it's too late.He might be in Afg,or Pakistan,or Saudi Arabia and the troops that were lost were all because little Bushie was sticking up for daddy against Sadam. Not because he thought they struck us on 9/11 and not because of WMD's. So is GWB going to be prosecuted for all these men and women sent to death for no reason? I think not!

You are aware that Afghanistan is not in the middle east?

Frankly I feel the same way about women being mistreated in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Iran, Kenya, Brazil, or down the street.

The origin of all abuse of women is based from religion whether Christian, Jewish, or Muslim. The sense of entitlement that men believe is theirs from the 1st five books of the Bible is the seed that causes abuse of women.
