So, "little miss sunshine" couldn't find anyone she wanted to hold hands with to pray before the VP debate! While we can never understand anyone else's true motives, this woman continues to amaze me. Even Dick (toe suck) Morris is saying she needs to shut up and go educate herself on the rest of the world.
Why does she feel the need to trash Republican insiders and gain a cheap laugh in front of the one group that is solidly behind her (or not?) Alaska Republicans? And why continue to pander to the religious right? Is she afraid the witch doctor Jindahl is gaining on her with them?
Apparently the McCain staff that was closest to her is getting tired of the abuse and biting back.
And, what ever happened to praying the way the bible teaches us, "quietly and in private, not making a spectacle of yourself"? And what exactly was it about the McCain staffers that she found so objectionable that a "good Christian" couldn't bear to hold hands and pray with them?
She's so entertaining I'm thinking about cancelling my netflix and cable subscriptions.

That was her MO in Alaska before she gained the national spotlight as vp pick. She's always been known for going after her own party members. She ran for gov. on a platform of being a "reformer".

"So I'm looking around for somebody to pray with, I just need maybe a little help, maybe a little extra. And the McCain campaign, love 'em, you know, they're a lot of people around me, but nobody I could find that I wanted to hold hands with and pray."

A real Christian wouldnt say or even think something like this. This has nothing to do with prayer.
Come to think of it, if she'd just done her homework, or had been able to learn at all, she'd not have felt she needed "maybe a little help, maybe a little extra" or any of that superstitious nonsense. Or even if she'd, you know, honestly believed in her cause....
