Bout time for that letter to the UN (you know, that world body that is so efficient, effective, pertinent and virtuous) strenuously condemning NK.

It was not immediately clear if the launch had been successful, or if it was a long-range version of the rocket.

My guess is obama will reward NK for it's brazen behavior.
