I'm not a dude, and a quick search of the headlines of the worldwide papers today shows nary a mention of this. The world is NOT laughing at us, they could give a crap, or it would be in the major papers.
It's not being talked about "around the world" as you state, and I don't need to "come out of my shell". I'm sure Fox News and the regular cast of RW sites are still in a tizzy about it, but the rest of the world doesn't care. There are more important things to worry about.
