The bolded comment is the exact point that I am making - just because someone speaks in a way that you don't particularly like, doesn't mean that they are a bad, ignorant, etc.
As for the rest of you remark, it's not even worthy of discussion.

That's cowardly and plain old dumbass dumb.
And I don't care whether you're black, white, mocha, or ecru.
I think that this is an excellent example of soft racism from the left. First the school board did not feel that the students were capable of speaking proper English, (I mean why else would they order an English teacher not to teach his students proper English?), and secondly because of that fact they were keeping the kids as victims, because if one can not pronounce a simple three letter word, one most likely will not got far in life.
Git-er-done,
Howdy
Pert-near,
Why is it that common venacular used particularly by whites is deemed "Folksy" and "Down to Earth" while Venacular used exclusively by Blacks is a sign of ignorance?........ I'm just saying?....

The difference is that if Billy-Bob wrote that way in school he would be corrected. It is not taught that way, nor acceptable in the White classroom.
Watch the video above. The School Board in Chicago, as well as NY and Oakland has defended the right of Ebonic and ghetto-type English, and criticized teachers for trying to correct it.
Twilight Zone thread for sure. And proves PC has taken over the government education system. When a teacher can no longer correct poor grammar, we as an educated nation are lost. No wonder teachers are leaving in droves, and the ones left are suboptimal, there only for the paycheck.

You may not think so. But many do, since it's tearing our country apart and condemning an obscene number of young black men to prison.

Your choice for VP used this vernacular in a Vice Presidential debate and was celebrated by your side..Remember that?
