The following link will take you to an extrememly horrific and strange story. A 28 year old California woman has been charged with kidnapping and raping her daughter's 8 year old playmate, then killing her and stuffing her body in a suitcase which she threw into an irrigation pond. Police find this case very strange because this is not your normal sort of case. It is incredibly rare to find a female child molester, one which in this case seems to have taken things even farther than abuse. Not to mention she is a Sunday School teacher at her father's church. Click on the link for the whole story and pictures of the poor child and this accused monster.
And if you are a praying soul, pray for the child and her family. But mostly for the family, because the child has already gone to a better place.

Just goes to show you that you cannot trust your kids to anyone these days, no matter how well you think you know them. A sad story indeed.

Exactly! I am just glad this is one of those isolated events that you don't see everyday. I have two children of my own, and my daughter is just slightly younger than the child that was abducted. Sort of makes me want to keep them home to play at all times.

We have a daughter and we never let her out of our site or play unattended with anyone else. Such a shame our world is the way it is.

I would agree with this statement to a point, but as far as kidnappings, rapes, and murders go, I think men hold the title.

Very frightening and sad. You really can't trust anyone anymore. I remember when I was a child that my mother was what I thought was overprotective and hated that....now I realize she did the right thing.

I am not surprised a bit, religion attracts some of the ugliest people I have ever met in my life. There is a disproportionate amount of nutcases who are Sunday school teachers, pastors, ministers, imams and rabbis. Good facade for these lost souls.

Not true in NC, must be a MN thing
Churches here have some of the most attractive people I've ever seen.

I do have sympathy for her family and her children, but none for her. Expedite the trial and give her the electric chair. I see no reason to drag this out longer than necessary.
