AP: The ex-speaker, who led a Republican-dominated House from 1995-1999, was added to the lineup late Thursday at the request of Republicans. I've missed Newt! Great to be hearing from him again. There are a number of the "facts" from Gore's documentary that were incorrect and he has agreed to such. The important part is that we have two credible spokesmen for each of the two Parties engaging in meaningful debate about something they agree is important and requires action. A bit of cheerleading for the politician of your choice in the debate isn't out of line either. I've never been the cheerleader type, but Rah! Rah! It's a huge improvement over what we've had for the past 8 years.
