wow, there are some REALLY vain people in this world.
You can get pec implants, butt implants, lip implants, chin implants, cheek bone implants, nose implants, implants to make a malformed ear look more normal and if they don't HAVE what you need, they can take a scan of that part of your body and make an implant to do what you want.
How many of these same men who are asking for the woman in their life to get breast implants would also undergo a penis enlargementfor their woman? My guess is not too many, yet they think NOTHING of making comments to the woman about how inadequate they are when the women wouldn't even think of bringing up the same about the man.
Oh no. I bet lots of guys would go for a penile enhancement if there was an effective procedure for it. And they would probably be doing it even more for themselves than a woman who has her breasts enlarged for herself.

I don't think a lot of women realize how little men think about technical things like "bags of silicone". What matters more is how they feel and how much they arouse the guy.
I think they're way over-rated, and if you are over 30 and having this done then you have serious issues. I feel the same way about face-lifts and all they other crap that women in denial go through.

What makes you think there aren't effective surgeries for penile enlargment?? They do it all the time, they start with cutting a ligament in the groin and then tying a weight to the end of the penis and go from there.
I just think men are MORE then happy and callous enough to find fault with the woman in their life and suggest that she get breast implants but most would roll up into a fetal ball if that same woman were to suggest that his equipment was too small too please her so please get some surgery.
