You need to figure out what your side is doing wrong. Obama's doing just fine. You only look like a fool when you start threads like this one.
54% =/= two thirds

Yes, Obama's approval rating is 54%, which is very low this early on.

All he has done to the US? LOL.

I have a question for you - Why are you so dumb?

Oh the grave injustice, oh the righteous indignation, oh poppycock.

Of course it is partisanship, isn't it always? What do you expect, a political party from which this person comes from to denounce him? You mean like Republican partisanship during the Bush years? I didn't exactly see very many Republican types complaining about Bush, even those that disagreed with him did so under their breath. So is the left supposed to uphold some standard that the right is not?

You are guilty of the very thing you are complaining about.

President Obama enjoys 68-per-cent approval rating after 100 days - Monsters and Critics

It's really ridiculous to cite one poll as the final verdict when there are dozens of polls out there. You need to look at an average of all polls, such as this one:

Done to the U.S.? What trying to fix the current and numerous disasters? What fundamental change to the American system has Obama done which should be of concern to me?

why do you still defend him?
Because with few exceptions, he is fulfilling those things which garnered our support in the first place.

If you equate starting a totally unnecessary war on a mountain of lies with sneezing there isn't any amount of "explaining" that will help you to understand.

Folks,
Ca, ca, can't we all just get along?

He seems like a nice guy, very intelligent and educated; he wouldn't hurt us. He loves US. He wants to be our Father and nurture us. He just wants everyone to be equal so no one's feelings get hurt anymore and we find true salvation in giving to our fellow people around the world. We really don't need more then about 30% of our paychecks anyway, do we? Let's share!

We need to give our President a big, collective hug instead of criticism. We are his children, he will take care of us forever.

All polls are biased. It is important to look at two things...the average and the trend. The trends are usually similar, even if the exact numbers at points along the trend are diferent.

Personally, I think that no politician should ever be given a "free pass." We should all look at their plans and actions objectively, being careful to avoid considering any bias we may have for whatever reason. We should not blindly submit to any authority. We should question every leader, regardless of what political party he/she is a member of and what party we are members of.

Absolutely, which is why I barely look at individual polls anymore. I go straight to pollster.com.
