I'm not going to discount the report soley because where it came from. I haven't researched it enough to know if it is valid or not.

I will say this. Let's just say the report is right. Air quality did improve.

Who in their right mind would say this is because of Bush and/or the GOP??????

It's the Dems who PUSH for cleaner pollution standards...they always have PUSHED more so than the GOP.....The GOP is all about DEREGULATION and giving TAX BREAKS TO HUMMERS as they did for years.

If air quality did improve you can thank Democrats for that.
