Do you seriously think Iran's missile and/or nuclear programs started on January 20, 2009?

The whole world heard and saw Iran and Venezuela thumb their noses at Bush and all he did was look stupid.

Of course we can dispute Bush's claims.

He claimed he would go after those responsible for 9/11.

Here's a clue: It DID NOT involve Iraq!

He claimed that due to our actions the Taliban had "ceased to exist"

Here's another clue: It DID NOT!

Are you putting words in Bush's mouth? Links to the "ceased to exist" quote/speech please.

the threat is more valuable than the act.
you can expect an israel strike very soon. palistine is astounded & outraged by the attacks on gaza after lobbing missiles into israel for over a year.

Does Venezuela harbor terrorists hell-bent on destroying America? Please show us your proof of this.

Iran thumbs their nose, they get sanctions. What is so hard to understand about that? Bush was only one player in a host of nations that retaliated against hard-line Iran via sanctions. Your point is moot.

Agreed. However, the willingness to take the fight to them and actually being able to do it are two different things. The Iranians have calculated, or gambled, on this. The 'proof' of the willingness was the naming of Iran as one of the nations that comprised the "Axis of Evil". The 'proof' of the ability (or lack thereof) to do it is the fact that Iran is still standing...
