I would have to say North Korea, because I think Iran has some sanity, while NK is bat****, off the deep end, crazy, as well as the fact that most of Iran's people aren't brainwashed freaks who would die for their "dear" leader. Not to mention the horrors a strike on Toyko or Seoul would have on our already fragile economy.

I'd say it is Israel considering they killed 500 children less than 6 Months ago as a response to some make-shift scrap metal rockets that killed 7 Israelies over the course of two years.
