Might not be 15.00 per hour but you can find two 8.00 per hour jobs by morning!
Dominos Pizza is hiring!!!
Damn Obama, where is all those 5 million new jobs anyway!
You're wrong here. Obama said his stimulus would create OR SAVE jobs. Thus, if there are 5 million people employed in the country by the end of his term, he ca say he saved 5 million jobs. Without his stimulus, EVERYONE in America would be unemployed.
The Government does not have the ability to fix the problem of too few jobs. Perhaps the Government could fix this problem by shrinking itself and lowering taxes and regulations. This would help create more private sector jobs, but Obama is doing the opposite (as did Shwarzenegger, and you saw how that worked out). Obama's actions will have similar results.
I happen to disagree. Its the governments responsibility to to enact economic policy to ensure a healthy economy.
My statement is there are not enough jobs.. Please quote me accurately. Bushs performance on job creation was dismal throughout his two terms, and now we are paying for it literally.
That does mean that there no jobs "out there". There are actually a lot of jobs being advertised - and like I noted, the pay scale is not what some have been used to earning but, there are jobs nonetheless.
Lamexican never claimed there are no jobs. He said there aren't enough jobs.

Most economist supported stimulus..theat is besides the rw think tanks like Cato or hoover.
And my reply is, there are lots of jobs out there to be had.
And, there are.
Not enough jobs. Enough. It's really quite basic.
